VOYAGE is a custom, business OS application we developed for a client of ATI. The goal was to build a tool that all their employees, and those of its affiliate companies, would use on a daily basis.

The pain points they wanted to solve were lack of communication and transparency (team-to-team, and affiliate-to-affiliate), complex business processes, and poor project management. My team and I conducted user interviews and researched the way their employees at all levels spent their workdays. This allowed us to identify the trends, assess the root of the pain points, and build features to solve them.

To make sure we had employee buy-in, we needed to develop a strong brand and powerful messaging. They already settled on VOYAGE for the name, so we developed a theme combining nautical and expeditionary elements. We then rolled those concepts into the application experience and interface.
